Expeller Pressed Hi-Oleic Canola Oil

Our canola oil is truly an unsurpassed, health-promoting oil. It is produced by chemical-free extraction from a new variety of canola. This exceptional seed is lower in saturated fat (6%) and higher in monounsaturated fat (78%) than any other canola oil - and any other oil - on the market today. (By contrast, regular canola is just 58% monounsaturated fat, olive oil is 14% saturated fat and 77% monounsaturated fat. This canola is also mild in flavor and odor, so it tastes better than canola oils, and won't oxidize and break down at high temperatures.

Fruitrim
|
|
Fruitrim is a carbohydrate based fat replacer, with the equal sweetness of sugar on an equal weight basis, formed by bonding naturally occurring simple sugars from unrefined fruit juice, including all trace vitamins and mineral nutritional values, to medium to long-chain dextrins from whole-grains. The result is a efficacious natural ingredient with a low water activity (known as humectancy) like fat, that creates superior taste, texture, moistness and mouthfeel in a vast array of foods that typical fruit juices or concentrates, starches or grain by themselves do not deliver.
Fruit juices and concentrates typically used in the food business are "deionized", meaning stabilized in pH so that they do not ferment, even when refrigerated. By stripping these fruit juices of all vitamins and minerals in de ionization, the juices, wether concentrated or not, are void of their natural nutritional values and no better or worse than refined sugar of fructose. Fruitrim, however, retains the mineral and vitamin nutritional values that deliver a real made with fruit juice claim valid in semantics and nutrition.
